Slave Lake Dental had a vision for the practice that was not represented in it’s out-dated marketing and advertising materials (both online and off-line) – some of the advanced services were relatively unknown to the community that they were offered right in town. Slave Lake Dental had a “cookie cutter”, templated, dental website with minimal flexibility in content, posting, etc.
Also, due to the demand of the services in the area, there was a challenge with attracting and hiring qualified staff into the community.
A complete marketing and advertising calendar was created and implemented to ensure patient education, engagement and efficient execution was performed. An integrated marketing approach was designed to bring awareness and leverage social media, print, mailer, and online assets continue to educate and attract patients into more advanced services rather than having to travel long distances for them. A transfer of website to a new CMS platform to allow increased control over branding and content distribution.
“The Smile Project” was created to enhance and highlight the clinics involvement with the local community and giving back to patients who support the clinic.
A successful online and print recruitment campaign was launched and attracted 2 new Dentists as well as a Dental Assistant to the small town to expand their team and continue to deliver on their exceptional standard of patient care. Applications and interest was very targeted and highly qualified which generated much interest in the positions internationally.
